Crook County and the Crook County Fairgrounds seek proposals and qualifications for removal and salvage of three structures located at the Crook County Fairgrounds: (1) “Old Sale Barn”; (2) “Rabbit/Poultry Barn”; and (3) North “Swine” Barn (now “Goat” Barn).
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP). A complete packet for this RFP can be viewed on the Crook County website at www.co.crook.or.us, or may be obtained by contacting County Administration by telephone at 541-447-6555 or by mail at 300 NE Third Street, Rm. 10, Prineville, Oregon 97754. All proposals should be submitted to David M. Gordon, County Counsel, 300 NE 3rd St., Rm.10, Prineville, Oregon 97754. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Proposals will be opened at 4:30 p.m. on September 7, 2010 at the mailing address indicated above. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded at the County Court meeting scheduled for September 15, 2010. Deadline for return of completed proposals is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.
