Commercial Applications

Links for the permit applications are at the bottom of the page under Supporting Documents. If you need to submit for multiple permits, but don't plan to do them all at once, you will need to do a deferred submittal, for which there is a fee.  Once you have downloaded and completed all the necessary forms, you can submit and upload them at Oregon ePermitting. 

COMMON PERMITS

Structural - You will need to submit 1 printed sets of: plans, trusses, calculations, an 8 x 11 site map showing setbacks) **We are currently transitioning into electronic review for commercial projects. If you're wanting to submit electronically for your project, please check with staff to ensure we've got the resources.**

Solar -Over 25 KVA will require a plan review.
